Reputation changes from successful controls (daily caps depend on your tier), spam (−5), moderation blocks (−4), and hammering controls on cooldown (−2, rate-limited). UTC day boundaries.

Each pack costs 1000 coins and always grants coins, reputation, and a base roll (plus bonus coins if no Chaos charge applies). You also receive a second bonus permit (common / uncommon / rare) with its own odds and pity toward rare. Chaos charges bind to the channel you pick when eligible.
